Exterior Home Repaint and Fence Stain in Churchill Estates

Although the house’s primary color did not change, the secondary color change from a darker, grayish blue to a midtone green, really makes the white of the house appear more vibrant. The shutters all around the house were removed, cleaned, primed and painted to the new color. Doing so ensured that when remounted, there would be complete coverage on the shutters and perfect lines. The Pure White exterior walls and Oak Moss shutters and trim were finished using SuperPaint Exterior Satin for its excellent adhesion and color retention that holds up very good against the heat and humidity in San Antonio.

The fence, which a few months earlier had been installed to replace a dark, heavily weathered fence, had itself begun to gray and weather do to the elements. So the fairly new fence needed to be restored before a stain could be applied. This was done using SuperDeck Deck Wash to remove the dirt, mildew stains that had begun to appear. After the fence was fully restored, we used PPG Proluxe Natural Cetol SRD to not only enrich the appearance of the natural wood grain, but also to provide excellent UV protection and mildew resistantance.
